Hi, thank you for inquiring into my work!

I am a coach to C-suite and executive level leaders. I am also a senior facilitator, executive development program designer, author, and speaker.  I am a certified coach and I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Consulting/Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University, and a Diploma in Technology from the British Columbia’s Institute of Technology.  I also completed Landmark Forum, Leadership Mastery with Tony Robbins, Advanced Negotiation with Peter D. Johnston, Unlimited with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Living a Life of Surrender with Michael Singer, and Singularity University’s Executive Program. I have a

Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. I am certified in The Leadership Circle, a member of the Forbes Council, and a member of Peter Diamandis’ exponential technologies mastermind cohort Abundance360.  My writing is published in Forbes, CEO Magazine, CU Insight, CU Management, and numerous other publications. I am a TEDx and keynote speaker.

I am also the founder of Inner Life Leadership, an app for business professionals who want to reach an unprecedented level of personal understanding and corresponding leadership, business, and life success. I am a wife, a mother of two, and a student of yoga.
